1. Do not overthink things: In life, you must always encounter problems. whenever problem arises, don't over think it i.e. don't be worried about it too much but rather find a solution to that problem. overthinking can never solve your problems but rather cause damage to your health.
2. Forgive people: Don't let unforgiveness ruin your life. if someone offends you, you can walk up to the person and let the cat out of the bag by speaking your mind. If you put people on your mind, your won't be free with them.
3. Jealous of other people: Jealousy from my own point of view is feeling sad or unhappy on what people have, that you don't have. instead of been jealous, why don't you try to improve your life. sometimes, the people you are jealous of might be jealous of you. In any situation you find yourself, don't be jealous of people achievement, try to get yours.
